Proper hydration isn't just for the run. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your energy high and muscles fluid.
Right Gear
Check the weather forecast and wear moisture-wicking layers. Ensure your shoes are comfortable and appropriate for the terrain.
Safety First
Make sure to always wear reflective gear and a headlamp. Always stay aware of your surroundings.
